Common issues

The LINEAR MCP doesn't appear in your client. Check your AI client's current MCP settings and reconnect LINEAR if necessary. Some clients only surface connectors after a restart or a new conversation.

Connection errors. Remove and re-add the LINEAR connector in your client's MCP settings, then try a simple query such as a single city name.

Tools aren't discovered. Confirm the connector is enabled for the conversation you are in, and that your client is set to allow tool use.

Temporary service errors. Wait a moment and retry. If errors persist across clients, the service may be briefly unavailable.

Incorrect archive data. Tell us what is wrong and where you saw it, and we will review the entry.

Missing locations

LINEAR does not attempt to cover every location. The archive is curated, so some destinations have limited coverage and some have none. A query returning no results is not necessarily a technical fault.

Where appropriate, LINEAR Concierge may still be able to help source recommendations for a destination that is thin in the archive.
